I am an Ayurvedic postpartum doula devoted to sacred care for the postpartum mother. Rooted in ancient wisdom and compassionate presence, my work centers on nourishing the body, soothing the nervous system, and honoring the profound transition into motherhood.
The postpartum season is a threshold, one of healing, integration, and return. Through traditional Ayurvedic practices, warming foods, herbal support, bodywork, rest rituals, and emotional holding, I hold mothers as they integrate birth and reconnect with their bodies, hearts, and inner knowing, creating a container where they are seen, tended, and deeply supported.
This is care that slows time, protects vitality, and reminds mothers they do not have to do this alone.
This is sacred work. This is mothering the mother.
