I support mothers during the postpartum season by preparing herbal infusions, tinctures, and Ayurvedic medicated ghee, each crafted with care to nourish the body, soothe the nervous system, and support gentle healing and restoration.

During the sacred forty-two days postpartum, the body and spirit are tender and open.
I offer bodywork throughout our time together to support in restoring strength and calm the nervous system.
